These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of byebyetags.com and any products or services offered by ByeByeTags.
ByeByeTags is operated by BRAVELT LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
By visiting the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase from us.

We will not intentionally alter a customer testimonial in a way that materially misrepresents the customer's experience.

The Site and its content, including ByeByeTags branding, logos, graphics, photographs, text, product presentation, site design, videos, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to BRAVELT LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, scrape, exploit, or commercially use protected Site content without our permission except where allowed by law.

You may not use the Site:
- For unlawful purposes;
- To violate another person's rights;
- To distribute malicious code;
- To interfere with Site security or operation;
- To scrape or harvest information through unauthorized automated means;

- To submit fraudulent orders or payment information;

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold BRAVELT LLC harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
This section does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable consumer law.

17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
Any dispute that may lawfully be required to be brought in Wyoming will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts serving Wyoming.
Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.
19. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

The current version will be posted on the Site with the applicable "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
